Nippon Paint Surf Chemicals Co., Ltd. is announcing the outsourcing of its production operations to Nippon Paint Co., Ltd., which belongs to Nippon Paint Group.

1. Purpose
   • To enhance the core functions of safety and quality assurance, starting in January 2025, production operations will be integrated into Nippon Paint Co., Ltd., a group company with which we have had a long-standing supply chain cooperation.
   • By integrating the functions, we aim to pursue rigorous safety operation, quality control talent development, production efficiency, and stable production and supply.
   • Nippon Paint Surf Chemicals Co., Ltd. will establish a production management department to oversee Nippon Paint Co., Ltd., thereby continuing to bear be responsible for production and quality.
   • There will be no changes to the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) change.
